Our purpose is to provide an industry best practice responsible gambling environment by not only understanding gambling is a popular recreational pastime, but also a risk-taking activity; and that the overarching responsibility is to minimise the harm to individuals and our wider community. We achieve this by having a variety of gaming harm minimisation initiatives.
Regular checks of gaming areas and chats with patrons to encourage breaks in play along with non-alcoholic beverages are just a few steps taken to encourage responsible gambling in our venue. Gambling help service providers are clearly displayed, and staff are on hand for confidential conversations should they be required.
We do not allow minors to enter our gaming area, nor do we allow minors to participate in any form of gaming.
